Welcome to the Subject Guide for Audiology!

Audiology can be a wide-ranging subject, and that's reflected in the range and complexity of information resources that are relevant to you. In this guide we'll direct you to the most useful tools, and show you how to make best use of them.

Help & Enquiries

Undergraduates - In the first instance you should look at the help available on this page , especially the presentation and worksheet on DelphiS Keyword Searching and the presentation on Planning a Literature Search.

If you need additional help in using WebCat or DelphiS you can book into one of our generic sessions called 'Improve your Results' on this page amd don't forget that you can pop into the Academic Skills Hub on level 2 of the Hartley Library for help and advice.

Taught Postgraduates should send an email to libenqs@soton.ac.uk to request a 1-2-1 or group 'help' session. When contacting us please let us know some dates/times when you are available.

Staff and Research Postgraduates should use the Deskside Training Service

We hope to respond to emails to libenqs@soton.ac.uk within two working days (weekends, UK Bank Holidays and University of Southampton closure periods excluded).

If you are new to the university or to academic studies try using this Online training: Finding good library stuff online! We have designed this course so that you can access the information in sections or you can complete it on one go, you can also view it multiple times if necessary.
