You will find the Level 2 help & information desk in the foyer. During library opening hours the team can answer general enquiries about the building, lost property and help with access to the Library.

The Level 2 desk service hours are: 9am - 11pm seven days a week during term time. During the summer vacation the desk closes at 9pm.

The Hub opens 10am - 12noon and 2pm - 4pm Monday -Friday. You can just drop in for a twenty minute session with one of the team.
