A correctly formatted reference will tell you exactly where to find the full article:

Select 'All Databases’ to search multiple databases simultaneously or choose an individual database.

arXiv provides open access to research papers in physics and related disciplines. It includes articles not yet peer-reviewed/ published and allows access to cutting edge research.

An alternative to the EBSCO version of MathSciNet. This searches the same publications as the EBSCO version but is harder to search because it automatically searches for phrases. However, it includes some additional features, including an author index and citation counts.
