Senior Tutors

Student Disability & Wellbeing Services

The Student Disability & Wellbeing team supports students with disabilities, mental health issues or specific learning difficulties. 

Student Hub

The Student Hub are available 24/7 to help you look after yourself while at the University of Southampton. 

Faith and Reflection Centre

The Faith and Reflection Centre is a place for people of all faiths and a great place to meet other international students.  Details of any virtual events can be found on their Facebook page. 

Union Southampton Advice Centre

The Advice Centre provides free, independent and confidential advice about housing, finance and emotional issues. They can also help with academic integrity appeals, complaints, and special considerations and/or extensions. 

NHS 999/111

Call 999 for a medical emergency and 111 for non-emergency help.

Both the 999 and 111 service are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Security Service

The University Security Service is available 24 hours a day all year round. Contact them on +44(0)2380 592811 if you need help after 5pm or visit the Security website.

The Samaritans

Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you.

They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call free on 116 123 or visit the Samaritans website.

MIND

MIND supports people with mental health issues.

Careers and Employability

The Careers and Employability staff offer you information, advice and guidance including: CV and job applications; interview skills; psychometric and aptitude tests; internships and placements; further study options. 

They can also direct you to a range of online resources, workshops, presentations and one-to-one discussions to help you research and reach your career goals.
