Designed for students with a specific learning difficulty such as Dyslexia, this workshop will explore strategies for reducing procrastination and increasing motivation. The aim of this workshop is to help you to identify the reasons why you may postpone or avoid study, look in detail at the relationship between procrastination and motivation, and, finally, consider a range of strategies to help get you motivated! Many of these strategies focus on reducing the overwhelm around tasks, by using realistic target setting, creative thinking, and effective time management. There will be opportunities to ask questions related to your own work and share experiences with others, in a small, informal group setting.
