Utrecht University: Utrecht Center for Games Research

Utrecht Center for Games Research at Utrecht University "performs interdisciplinary research on serious gaming and playful interaction with a focus on the following domains:

  • Games for Learning
  • Games for Health
  • Games for Change"

Every January they organise "The Week of the Game" which includes "game-related activities, from retrogames to scientific lectures."

V&A: Museum of Childhood


The V&A Museum of Childhood "will become the UK's first national museum designed by, and for, young people – a place where you can learn, create and debate together, and design for tomorrow." There will be three new galleries: Imagine, Play and Design. This galleries "will showcase over 2,000 star objects from [the V&A] collections and the UK's National Childhood Collection."
